  I have been with Al Patel for over a decade and I cant tell you how wonderful it is to have an Insurance agent who always answers the phone or calls you back. Every time I see him out around town he takes time to speak with me, and if I ever have an issue Al Patel and his wonderful team have always been there to talk through the issues in a way that I always feel better. I believe that Insurance can be a frustrating thing to understand and I know people are concerned with the cost, but I can honestly say without reservation that even though the amount I pay Al is super competitive, I would never change ships based on my experience with Al Patel, an absolute gentleman and friend in the Insurance business.

  Rate increase after 2ND billing !!!State farm quoted me a price to get me in the door and started charging me more after the second month paying on my policy .No notification . Poor practice here.If they (state farm) want to keep a customer how about not lying !They also screwed my billing up and it took 2 months to get that fixed .Way to go state farm.
